If your members payment information needs to be updated, they can do so in their user settings.
Learn where and how your Members can update their payment information so you can guide them through the process or simply send your members the link to this tutorial.
Note:
The Billing Info tab will not display if the Member was granted the Offer or if the Member purchased your Offer with PayPal. If your Member has purchased recurring subscription Offers with Stripe and PayPal, the Member can update their billing information for Stripe and manage their subscription in PayPal.
Update their card on file
- After logging in, they must click into their Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
- Then, select Settings from the dropdown.
- Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page.
- Click

next to their card information. - Select Replace.
- Complete the replace card prompt.
- Then, click Update to apply and keep their changes:

After your Member updates their credit card information, the next payment will charge their new card!
No further steps are required to maintain Product Progress or continue their payments after they update their card.
Looking to remove your members card from their account?
Manage your members profile and open More Actions to remove their stored credit card from their account. Keep in mind, this will permanently remove their credit card from their account on your site.
