When is Live Chat available?

Kajabi's Live Chat hours vary depending on your Kajabi Plan. Find your plan's Live Chat hours below!

Basic Kajabi Plan

If you are on the Basic Kajabi Plan, you have access to Live Chat during business days from:

6am-5pm Pacific Time!

Live Chat is not available outside regular business hours if you are on the Basic Kajabi Plan. Please feel free to reach out to us by submitting a request for assistance outside the regular business hours. 

Looking for 24/7 Live Chat? Upgrade to a Growth or Pro plan in your Kajabi billing settings.

 

Growth or Pro Plan

If you are on the Growth or Pro Kajabi plan, you have access to 24/7 Live Chat!

How to access Live Chat from Kajabi

  • Log into your Kajabi account.
  • Click Contact support on the bottom-left corner of the dashboard:

  • Select Start Live Chat if available.

  • Click Start a conversation on the conversation list.
  • Send a message with a detailed description of what you need help with.
