What is a referral signup email?
Interested in offering bonus materials to your referrals? Maybe a downloadable file from a page, access to an Offer, or even a link to a webinar?
A Referral Signup Email is dedicated to delivering promised bonuses to your referrals after they sign up for Kajabi with your Kajabi Partner link.
Simply attach the link to your promised bonus, include an email message, and we will send the email on your behalf!
How to create your referral signup email
Deliver your promised bonuses to your Kajabi referrals by creating your referral signup email.
Step 1. Open your Partner Dashboard
- Navigate to the bottom left corner of the sidebar from your main Kajabi Dashboard.
- Click Kajabi Partners:
Step 2. Create your referral signup email
- Select a Campaign to edit or create a new Campaign.
- Locate Referral Signup Email in the bottom right section of the page.
- Click Create New Signup Email.
- Select your Campaign Link to connect your signup email to a specific campaign.
- Enter your email Subject line.
- Enter your message into the Body of your email:
Step 3. Add a call to action
Create a Call to Action button to lead to a page with bonus materials for your referrals.
To create your Call to Action:
- Enter the text to display on your Call to Action button in the CTA Button Text field.
- Then, select the action from the Button redirects to dropdown.
- Enter your link or select your Offer as needed depending on your button action.
Note: To select an Offer, the Offer must be built on your Partner site rather than your main site. If you wish to connect to an Offer built on your main site, copy the Offer link and paste it as a URL. - Then, click Save to keep and apply your changes:
After saving your referral signup email, preview your email in your browser or send a test email. Click your email to open and preview it from your Referral Signup Email builder:
After creating your Referral Signup Email, new referrals from your campaign will receive your signup email!
How to delete a referral signup email
To delete a referral signup email:
- Open your Partner Dashboard.
- Select the Partner Campaign with the email you wish to remove.
- Locate Referral Signup Email in the bottom right section of the page.
- Select the email you wish to remove.
- Scroll to the bottom of the email editor.
- Click Delete Fulfillment.
- Confirm the permanent deletion:
