When is Live Chat available?
Kajabi's Live Chat hours vary depending on your Kajabi Subscription Plan.
Basic Kajabi Plan
If you are on the Basic Kajabi Plan, you have access to Live Chat during business days from 6am-5pm Pacific Time!
Live Chat is not available outside regular business hours if you are on the Basic Kajabi Plan.

Growth or Pro Plan
If you are on the Growth or Pro Kajabi plan, you have access to 24/7 Live Chat!
How to access live chat from Kajabi
Based on your Kajabi Plan, you can chat with Live Agents directly from your Kajabi account.
To access live chat from your Kajabi Dashboard:
- Log into your Kajabi account.
- Click the Help & Feedback tab on the bottom left corner of your Kajabi Dashboard.
Here you can access the Help Center, contact support via email, join a live webinar, start a live chat with an agent, learn about Kajabi Access, or provide feedback. - Select Live Chat.
- Enter your inquiry in the Type your question here text box field.
- Click the Send arrow.

How to access live chat from the Help Center
If you have a Kajabi account, you can also access support directly from the Kajabi Help Center!
Step 1. Are you logged in?
Reach out to support by first logging in with your Kajabi account details.
Already logged in? Skip to step 2.
To sign in:
- Open the Help Center sidebar menu.
- Navigate to the bottom of the sidebar panel.
- Click Sign in.
- Enter your Kajabi login credentials.
- Click Sign in once more:
Step 2. Chat with a live agent or submit a request
Based on your Kajabi Plan, access live chat directly from the Help Center:
- Open the Help Center sidebar menu.
- Navigate to the bottom of the sidebar panel.
- Click Live Chat.
- Navigate to the chat bubble.
- Enter your initial message in the Message text box field.
- Click Start Chat:
If Live Chat is unavailable, submit a request to support:
- Open the Help Center sidebar menu.
- Navigate to the bottom of the sidebar panel.
- Click Contact Us:
