Kajabi's chat hours vary depending on your Kajabi Subscription Plan.
Basic Kajabi Plan
If you are on the Basic Kajabi Plan, you have access to chat support during business days from 6am-5pm Pacific Time!
Chat support is not available outside regular business hours if you are on the Basic Kajabi Plan.

How to access chat support in Kajabi
- Log into your Kajabi account.
- Click Contact support on the bottom-left corner of the dashboard:
- Select Start Live Chat if available.
- Click New Conversation.
- Enter your query in the text box. Please be specific.
- Click the Send arrow.
