Kajabi acquired Vibely. What does this mean?
Kajabi has acquired Vibely and will integrate the Vibely community product into Kajabi as the next generation of “Kajabi Communities.” We’re excited to make Kajabi Communities a best-in-class tool to support creators in growing their businesses. Our goal is to build this feature alongside our Heroes and we appreciate any feedback you would like to provide!
Will the new community features show up in my existing Kajabi community?
The new community features cannot be incorporated into legacy communities built on Kajabi, but these communities will still be active on Kajabi with no changes to their functionality. We have built a tool to help migrate legacy communities in the new Kajabi Community.
Is the Kajabi Communities live room different from the Kajabi Live feature in Coaching?
Yes, the Community live room and Kajabi Live operate as separate features at this time.
How do my customers access my Community?
Your customers will need to go through their Kajabi Library to visit your community. We do not recommend linking directly to the Kajabi community when communicating with your customers. They must go through their Library to successfully access your community.
How can I update my new Kajabi Community URL?
Yes, you can change the end of your Kajabi Community URL. For example, instead of kajabi.communities.com/yourcommmunityname you can customize your URL to kajabicommunities.com/kitchencommunity.

How will Communities affect my product limit?
Communities will continue to be counted just like any other product toward your plan's product limit. One community Access Group equals one Kajabi Product. If you have multiple Access Groups, each Access Group counts as a Product against your plan's product limit.
