Kajabi Payments processing fees are charged on every successful transaction you process with Kajabi Payments. Kajabi charges an industry-standard processing fee that is competitive with other major payment processors. Use this article to find the fees for your country, see the fees on each transaction, and download monthly processing fee invoices for your records.

By choosing Kajabi Payments as your payment processor, you not only gain the advantage of competitive processing fees but also provide your customers with the convenience of paying through additional payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Link, or via a Buy Now Pay Later solution such as Afterpay during checkout.

If you process card payments through a third-party processor connected directly to your account, rather than through Kajabi Payments, a transaction fee applies in addition to that processor's own fees. The fee is based on your Kajabi plan. See the pricing page for current rates. PayPal is not subject to this fee.

This fee applies only in countries where Kajabi Payments is available. If Kajabi Payments isn't offered in your country, no third-party transaction fee is charged.

Each month, Kajabi generates a processing fee invoice for every site and currency where you used Kajabi Payments. Each invoice is a tax invoice that records the fees Kajabi charged you for the month, so you can share it with your accountant or use it for expense reporting. Invoices are available from January 2024 onward.

Each invoice covers one currency. For example, if you processed in both EUR and USD in May, you will see two invoices for that month.

Kajabi starts generating invoices at midnight Pacific time on the 1st of each month, for the month before. For example, your May invoice is generated starting June 1st.

If you don't see an invoice for a month, it may be because:

You will receive a separate invoice for each currency. Each one is listed under its month with a currency label, and they can't be combined into a single document.

Each invoice is a tax invoice that shows the fees Kajabi charged you, along with the VAT statements described above. Whether you can declare processing fees as a business expense depends on your local tax rules, and it's your responsibility to determine the correct local treatment, including any reverse charge considerations. Check with a qualified tax professional.

The same VAT statements appear on every invoice, regardless of your location. Kajabi is a non-EU entity and isn't VAT registered in the EU, so it doesn't charge VAT on its processing fees. The invoice also notes that reverse charge VAT may be applicable.

Invoices are created for each site and currency, so check that you're on the right site and look for the invoice under a different currency label. If you believe an invoice is missing in error, contact [email protected].
