Unsubscribe from Kajabi marketing emails

Stop receiving promotional emails from Kajabi through your notification settings or email footer links.

You can unsubscribe from Kajabi marketing emails directly through your notification settings or by using the unsubscribe link in the footer of any marketing email.

Update email notifications

Unsubscribe from all Kajabi marketing emails through your Notifications & Privacy settings.

Change notification preferences

  1. Open the Settings tab from your Dashboard.

  2. Select Notifications & Privacy from your Account Settings.

  3. Select Unsubscribe from all marketing email.

  4. Then, click Save to keep and apply your changes.

Want to resubscribe to Kajabi's marketing emails? Deselect Unsubscribe from all marketing email and custom select the emails you wish to receive from Kajabi.

Email footer unsubscribe options

Every marketing email sent by Kajabi contains options in the footer that you can click to remove yourself from Kajabi's email list and modify your preferences:

Unsubscribe from marketing emails

  1. Navigate to the email you received from Kajabi.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the email.

  3. Click Unsubscribe in the footer.

Update your email preferences

  1. Navigate to the email you received from Kajabi.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the email.

  3. Click Update in the footer.

  4. Choose what kind of emails you would like to receive from Kajabi by checking the appropriate boxes and selecting Save my preferences.

  5. Subscribe to all messages

  6. Events

    1. Stay updated on all Kajabi events, such as Kajabi Hero Live, and notable events from our Partners

  7. Kajabi Capital

    1. Receive updates on Kajabi Capital and new funding opportunities from our trusted partners to help you access fast, transparent business financing tailored to your Kajabi growth.

  8. Kajabi Payments

    1. Receive the monthly Kajabi Payments Pulse newsletter and notifications about major Payments related features and updates

  9. Newsletters & Promotions

    1. Receive the monthly Kajabi newsletter, featuring recent product updates and other useful announcements, as well as exclusive promotions for building and scaling your business

  10. Partner Program

    1. Learn about Partner Program benefits and receive confirmations for referral commissions

  11. Product Updates

    1. Get notified about major product releases and updates

  12. Research

    1. Get invited to complete surveys, paid research, and other development opportunities

  13. Resources

    1. Hear about upcoming webinars to help you grow your business

  14. Unsubscribe from all emails

Important: If you have multiple email addresses subscribed to Kajabi's emails, you will need to unsubscribe each of your email addresses in order to stop receiving Kajabi's emails. Follow the instructions above for each email address subscribed to Kajabi's marketing emails to ensure that you no longer receive Kajabi's marketing emails to any of your email addresses.
