Schedule your activation call
As a new Kajabi Hero, you have the opportunity to schedule an Activation Call with a Kajabi Onboarding Specialist.
However, you must first schedule a Welcome Call before you are able to schedule your Activation Call.
What is a Kajabi Onboarding Specialist?
Kajabi Onboarding Specialists are trained to make sure you have everything you need to meet your business goals on the platform.

When can I meet with my Kajabi Onboarding Specialist?
If you are a new Kajabi Hero, you will receive a Welcome Call to qualify for your Activation Call with a Kajabi Onboarding Specialist.

Schedule your Activation Call:
- Log into your Kajabi account and view your Dashboard.
- If you are eligible for an Activation Call, you will see a scheduling modal directly below your Analytic Cards or your Welcome Checklist:
Add guests to your activation call
Have a business partner or co-creator who needs to join your activation call? Add your guest details when scheduling your activation call.
To add a guest to your activation call:
- Log into your Kajabi account and view your Dashboard.
- If you are eligible for an Activation Call, you will see a scheduling modal directly below your Analytic Cards or your Welcome Checklist.
- Follow the prompts to schedule your call.
- When entering your details, click Add Guests to include their information:
Prepare for your activation call
The goal during your 1-on-1 session with a Kajabi Onboarding Specialist is for the specialist to get to know your business, learn more about your objectives, and work together with you to strategize actionable next steps on Kajabi.
Activation Calls may include, but are not limited to the following topics:
- Strategizing next steps
- Best practices on the platform
- Tips and tricks to save you time
- Any questions you may have, general or specific
- And much more!

Join your activation call
Please be sure to download Zoom to access your call.
On the day of your scheduled meeting, follow these instructions to join your call at the scheduled time:
- Log into your Kajabi Dashboard.
- Click Join Zoom call.
Please Note: The Zoom link for your meeting will appear 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of your call.
Can I access a recording of my call?
Yes, you can access a recording of your call to review and refer to later! To access a recording, request that your session be recorded at the beginning of your call.
Reschedule or cancel your activation call
If you need to reschedule or cancel your Activation Call, you can do so by opening your Kajabi Account and viewing your Dashboard.
The same location used to schedule your activation call is where you can cancel or reschedule.
Start by canceling your upcoming Session:
- Log into your Kajabi account and visit your Dashboard.
- Locate the Activation Call section.
- Click the

icon for more options. - Select cancel.
To reschedule your session:
- Log into your Kajabi account and visit your Dashboard.
- Locate the Activation Call section.
- Click the

icon for more options. - Select reschedule.
New to Kajabi? Your complimentary call will become available at the end of your trial period and after completing your Welcome Call!
