How to Set Up a Live Evergreen Webinar

A Live Evergreen Webinar is a Live Webinar set to repeat. The Zoom Webinar Funnel is a great template to set up your Live Evergreen Webinars. You can use any webinar host to run an evergreen webinar within Kajabi, but many of our users love using Zoom. Learn to set up a Live Evergreen Webinar Funnel.

Step 1. Set up a webinar or meeting in Zoom

Create a Webinar in Zoom

To create a Webinar in Zoom:

• Log in to your Zoom account on a web browser.
• Select the Webinar tab from the sidebar.
• Click Schedule a Webinar.
• Title your Webinar, add a description, and choose a date and duration.
• Make sure registration IS NOT REQUIRED.
• Check that the Host's video will be on when the webinar starts.
• Select Record the webinar automatically if you would like to keep a copy for later use.
• Click Save and scroll down on the page to copy your Zoom Webinar link:

Create a Meeting in Zoom

To set up your meeting in Zoom:

• Log in to your Zoom account on a web browser.
• Select the Meeting tab from the sidebar.
• Click Schedule a Meeting.
• Title your Meeting, add a description, and choose a date and duration.
• Make sure registration IS NOT REQUIRED.
• Check that the Host's video will be on when the webinar starts.
• Select Record the webinar automatically if you would like to keep a copy for later use.
• Turn on the Waiting Room.
• Click save and copy your Zoom Webinar link

Step 2. Generate the Zoom Webinar Funnel

To set up a Live Evergreen Webinar:

• Open the Marketing tab from your Dashboard.
• Then, select Funnel.
• Navigate to the top right corner of the page and select + New Funnel.
• From the list of Funnel templates, select Zoom Webinar Funnel.
• Click Create Funnel.
• In the prompt, create a title, paste your Webinar link, select the date for which your evergreen webinar will begin, and select an Offer if you wish to sell an Offer with the webinar.
• Once completed, click Generate Funnel.
• Navigate to the Event section of the Funnel and toggle on Repeat this Event.
• Choose how often you would like this event to repeat, then click Save.
