Learn to manage, edit, and view reports of your existing Email Campaigns.

Edit
To Edit an Email Sequence:- From the Dashboard, click the Marketing tab.
- Then, click Email Campaigns.
- From there, select the Email Sequence you want to edit:
Note:
Emails cannot be sent retroactively. For example, if you add an email to your sequence to be sent on day 6 of the sequence, but most of your subscribers are on day 8 of the sequence, those subscribers will not receive the newly added email.
To Edit an Email Broadcast:
- From the Dashboard, click the Marketing tab.
- Then, click Email Campaigns.
- If you have scheduled your Email Broadcast, first unschedule it by hovering over the Email Broadcast and click Unschedule.
- From there, select the Email Broadcast you want to edit:
Preview
To preview an Email Broadcast if it is scheduled for a future time:
- From the Email Editor Dashboard, locate the Email Broadcast you would like to preview.
- Hover over the Email Broadcast with your mouse.
- On the side of the email title, select View:
To preview an Email Sequence:
- From the Email Editor Dashboard, select the Email Sequence you would like to preview.
- Then, click on the title of the email you would like to preview within the chosen Email Sequence.
- In the top menu, click Preview In Browser:
Tip:
To send a test email to your admin email address, click into the email you wish to test and open the email editor. In the top menu, click Send Test Email.
Clone
To clone an existing Email Campaign:
- From the Email Editor Dashboard, hover over an Email Broadcast or Email Sequence with your mouse.
- On the side of the email title, select Clone:
Delete
Warning:
Deleting an Email Campaign cannot be undone. Be sure to read the warning containing the resulting actions before confirming your desire to delete your Email Campaign.
To delete an Email Campaign:
- From the Email Editor Dashboard, hover over the Email Broadcast or Email Sequence you want to delete with your mouse.
- On the side of the email title, select Delete.
- Then, confirm the removal of the Email Sequence or Email Broadcast by selecting Delete again:
To delete a scheduled, unsent Email Broadcast:
Deleting a scheduled, unsent Email Broadcast requires you to unschedule the Email Campaign before deleting.
- From the Dashboard, click the Marketing tab.
- Then, click Email Campaigns.
- If you have scheduled your Email Broadcast, first unschedule it by hovering over the Email Broadcast and click Unschedule.
- In place of the Unschedule icon to the side of the email title, select Delete.
- Then, confirm the removal of the Email Sequence or Email Broadcast by selecting Delete again:
View reports
To view your Email Campaign Report for an existing Email Broadcast:
- From the Email Editor Dashboard, locate the delivered Email Broadcast you would like to view.
- Hover over the Email Broadcast you want to view with your mouse.
- On the side of the email title, select Report:
