If your email address exists in our database, you will receive a password recovery link from Kajabi Support at your email address in a few minutes.
If you receive an error message stating that your Reset Password Token is invalid then your reset link has expired and you will need to repeat the steps to reset your password.
Updating your password
If you're already logged into your Kajabi account and would like to update your Password to keep intruders away:
- Open the Settings tab from your Dashboard.
- Locate the Account Settings heading.
- Select Account Password.
- Update your password or trigger a password reset email by clicking "Forgot your password?":
