Troubleshooting Affiliate Commission

Updated this week

Learn why your Affiliate may not have been credited for purchases made on your site.

A few reasons the affiliate credit could have been misplaced:

  • The purchaser did not buy within the specified Referral Conversion Window after clicking the Share Link.

  • The purchaser used a different browser or device from the browser or device used when the Share Link was clicked.

  • The purchase was made outside of your Kajabi site's checkout or cart

  • The customer clicked a different Affiliate's Share Link (this overrides the initial link) before purchase.

  • The Offer purchased is not set to give an affiliate commission. Learn how to activate Affiliate Commission in your Offers.

  • The Affiliate Cookie (kjba) is blocked by a visitor's privacy settings or by your site's cookie script.

  • If you have a custom domain connected and a customer purchases under your .mykajabi.com domain.

If you are certain you set everything up correctly, please contact Support for further help.

Notice a discrepancy between the number of conversions and the number of Members that purchased with an Affiliate?

If a purchase is in the midst of a trial or a Free Offer was purchased, they are not recorded as purchases. Read the Affiliate Report to gain more insight into your Affiliate's performance.
