Removing a custom field can impact your contacts, Form submissions, and Offer purchases that use the field. To protect against accidental deletions, removing a field requires a few simple steps.

Archive a custom Form field

Tip: Archive your custom Form Fields if you have reached your maximum number of custom Form Fields.
  1. Open the Settings tab from your Dashboard.
  2. Click Form Settings.
  3. Locate the custom field you wish to remove. Only custom fields can be removed.
  4. Click the Archive icon.
  5. Confirm your wish to archive the field by clicking Yes, archive:

Permanently delete a field

Warning: Deleting a field removes any data captured with the field on your contacts, Form submissions, and Offer purchases. This action cannot be undone.
  1. First, archive your custom Form Field.
  2. After archiving the field, navigate to the Archived tab and click Delete.
  3. Confirm your wish to permanently delete the field by clicking Yes, delete:
