Parked account details
Parking your Kajabi account temporarily suspends your account to give you time away from building your business on Kajabi without canceling your Kajabi Subscription. This suspended state ensures that all your data and progress are preserved, ready to be resumed at your convenience.
This will allow you to retain any information or progress you've already created on your site for as long as you need it. Adjustments to product quantities or configurations should be made before parking, as changes cannot be made while the account is parked.
With a parked account, you will have limited access allowing you to reactivate your account, adjust your Kajabi Plan, and update your billing information.
Note:
You will not have access to customize, build, or grow your site with Kajabi while your account is parked.
What will my customers see when my account is parked?
Parking your Kajabi account will pause your site, which will appear offline and remain inaccessible to your contacts and customers. This includes Products purchased by your customers.
Customers of your parked account will not have access to the Products purchased from your site while your account is parked.
Note:
If a customer has an active subscription payment, the payment processor (Kajabi Paymnets, Stripe, or PayPal) will continue to process their payments during your parked status. Prior to parking your account, manually pause your customers' subscriptions until you are ready to reactivate your account. Learn more.
Upon reactivation, remember to manually unpause any previously paused customer subscriptions to avoid service disruption.
How much does it cost to Park my account?
The Parked Plan pauses your Kajabi account for $29/month, and any Kajabi discounts associated with your account will be canceled. Additionally, any legacy plans tied to your account will be permanently forfeited upon pausing, requiring subscription to current standard plans upon reactivating.
Note:
Please note that if attempts to collect payment for your Kajabi subscription fail, we will move your account to a Parked plan. This is to prevent any of your data or content from being removed from our system.
As a Kajabi Partner, will I still receive a commission for my referrals?
Yes, unlike when you cancel your account you will remain eligible for all referrals made while maintaining a Parked Account.
I need to access content from my Kajabi site. What should I do?
You’ll need to upgrade to one of Kajabi in market plans to regain full access to your site and content. Before parking, ensure all necessary adjustments, such as preparations for downgrading product offerings to fit lower-tier plans, are completed.
I need to update my payment processors while on Parked Plan.
If your Kajabi account is currently on the Parked Plan and you need to update your payment processor settings:
Using Stripe or PayPal:
If your site is connected to Stripe or PayPal, you can manually update your payment settings directly within your Stripe or PayPal account, even while on the Parked Plan.
Using Kajabi Payments
If you are using Kajabi Payments or prefer to manage your payment settings through the Kajabi admin interface, you will need to upgrade to a paid Kajabi plan. The Parked Plan provides only limited access and does not allow full use of payment settings or tools within Kajabi.
Once you’ve completed your changes, you may choose to downgrade back to the Parked Plan if you no longer need full access. Please note that the difference in cost between an active plan and the Parked Plan is non-refundable. However, any remaining balance will be issued as account credits, which can be applied toward future billing cycles.
How to park your account
Pause your Kajabi plan by parking your account.
To park your Kajabi account:
Open the Settings tab located in the bottom left corner of your Dashboard.
Select Subscription from the Account Settings section.
Under Your Subscription, click Change plan.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and look for Need to pause your Kajabi account?
Click Park account:

How to reactivate a parked account
To reactivate your parked account and resume building your business with Kajabi, log into your Kajabi account, navigate back to your Billing Settings, and select a Subscription Plan.

Note:
Parking the account stops any previous Subscription Plans. This means if you park your account midway through an Annual Subscription Plan, the remaining months are lost and you must start your Annual Subscription Plan over when reactivating your account off of the parked plan. During this process, pause before promos or legacy plan changes expire to retain benefits. To minimize any unused time, consider parking closer to the end of your Annual Subscription billing cycle.
