Kajabi Access offers resources, services, and one-on-one guidance to help you maximize our platform for your success. You can add Access to any Kajabi plan!
With exclusive benefits like:
- One-on-one sessions with your Customer Success Manager.
- Hero Hub (Weekly office hours hosted by the Customer Success team).
- Doubled quotas across your plan (e.g., doubled Products, doubled Funnels).
- Access to the code editor.
- Early access to the latest Kajabi products and features!
But Access doesn't stop there. With Kajabi Access you can look forward to more exclusive offerings to come!
Upgrading with Kajabi Access
How much does it cost?
You can add Kajabi Access to your existing Kajabi plan for $99 per month. It is available as an add-on to all monthly and annual Kajabi plans.
How do I sign up?
- New to Kajabi? Click here to select your membership plan + Access.
- Currently a Kajabi customer? Click here to upgrade in the Kajabi app to a plan with Access.
Is there a free trial?
If you’re new to Kajabi, you will be able to select a plan with the Access add-on as a free trial.
You’ll be able to experience most of the Access benefits during your trial, with the exception of the 1-on-1 Sessions with the Customer Success Managers, which are not available until after your trial is complete, you’ve activated your paid account, and you have completed your welcome call.
There is no free trial of the Access add-on for existing Kajabi customers.
Kajabi Access FAQs
Will I have all of my Kajabi Access benefits during the trial stage?
You will have all your Kajabi Access benefits during the trial stage, with exception of the 1:1 calls.
Those will be made available to you upon trial completion when you activate your paid account.
You will have the option to end your trial early to take advantage of them sooner.
Will an annual Access subscription be discounted from a monthly Access subscription?
Although the cost of adding Access to your membership is $99 per month regardless of the monthly or annual option, you can still take advantage of a 20% discount on your Kajabi plan by switching to annual.
What are the Hero Hub Office Hours and 1-on-1 Success Session availability?
Join the Hero Hub (weekly office hours) hosted by the Customer Success team.
The Weekly Hero Hub office hours are a forum for you and other Kajabi Heroes to join the Customer Success team to discuss strategy or ask any questions that are top of mind. Learn more
Hero Hub Office Hours:
- 8 AM - 12 PM Pacific Time
- 1 PM - 5 PM Pacific Time
Are Access subscribers free to schedule their 1:1 calls or do they get a predefined schedule?
Your Success Session calls are free to schedule on your terms!
In the Access portal in the app, you’ll find the available time slots for 1:1 calls with our Customer Success Managers.
While Access members are free to schedule 1:1 calls as and when they need them, we do ask you to be courteous and reasonable with your call requests and to not take advantage of Access so that we can accommodate all Access subscribers. So, please do not schedule a call for every day during a week or month period and no more than 1 call a day.
How is Kajabi Access different from Kajabi Experts?
Kajabi Experts is a marketplace where Kajabi Heroes can connect with vetted third-party service providers to help them take the next step in their business.
Services offered include:

- Visual design and branding
- Business consulting
