What is the Welcome Call?
The Welcome Call is a prerequisite for the Activation Call. Your Welcome Call is a 30-minute call to help you get the most out of your trial period with Kajabi.
During your Welcome Call you will receive help and resources to get you started.
After completing your Welcome Call you will be eligible for a more detail-oriented, strategy-focused 45-minute Activation Call.
How to schedule your Welcome Call
To schedule your Welcome Call:
- Log into your Kajabi account and view your Kajabi Dashboard.
- If you are eligible for a Welcome Call you will see a scheduling modal directly below your Analytic Cards or your Welcome Checklist:
Join your Welcome Call
Be sure to download Zoom to access your call.
On the day of your scheduled meeting, follow these instructions to join your call at the scheduled time:
- Log into your Kajabi account and view your Dashboard.
- Click Join Zoom Call in the Welcome Call card.
- Please Note: The Zoom link for your meeting will appear 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of your call.
Can I access a recording of my call?
Yes, you can access a recording of your call to review and refer to later! To access a recording, request that your session be recorded at the beginning of your call.
Reschedule or cancel your Welcome Call
If you need to reschedule or cancel your Welcome Call, you can do so by opening your Kajabi Account and viewing your Dashboard.
The same location used to schedule your Welcome Call is where you can cancel or reschedule.
Start by canceling your upcoming call:
- Log into your Kajabi account and visit your Dashboard.
- Locate the Welcome Call section.
- Click the
…icon for more options. - Select cancel.
To reschedule your session:
- Log into your Kajabi account and visit your Dashboard.
- Locate the Welcome Call section.
- Click the
…icon for more options. - Select reschedule.
