Kajabi supports many independent site owners in hosting courses and content. However, managing subscriptions, refunds, or removing payment details on Kajabi as a course member requires knowing the correct process.

Kajabi’s role in subscription management

Kajabi acts as a platform for independent course creators and site owners. As such, our support team assists with platform-related issues but does not manage subscriptions, accounts, or billing for specific courses or websites hosted by independent site owners. To address these issues, you are required to contact the site owner or administrator directly.

Canceling a subscription hosted by an independent site

If you would like to cancel a subscription for a course or program hosted on Kajabi:
  1. Identify the site owner or administrator by locating their support email. This information is typically available in:
    • The welcome email sent when you signed up
    • Purchase confirmation or offer-grant emails
  2. Contact the site owner via their support email or the Contact Us page on their website.
  3. Request the cancellation and confirm any applicable cancellation policies.
Kajabi cannot access or cancel these subscriptions directly.

Requesting a refund

Refund requests for courses or memberships hosted on Kajabi require reaching out to the site owner directly. Use contact details provided in the confirmation or welcome email or visit their website’s Contact Us page. Independent site owners manage their billing and payment systems; our support team does not process refunds for user purchases.
