Add an FAQ section to a page

Learn to add an FAQ Section to your pages built with Kajabi to address frequently asked questions from your audience.

An FAQ section answers the questions your visitors ask most, right on your Website Page or Landing Page. Each question is an Accordion block: a collapsible dropdown with a Heading that is always visible and a Body that opens when clicked. Visitors get the answer they need without scrolling past walls of text.

You can add a ready-made FAQ section, or add a single Accordion block to a section you already have.

Note: This article covers the latest page editor available with the Website Builder and Kajabi Pages. If you use a Premier Legacy Template, go to Add an accordion section to a Premier page below.

Add an FAQ section to a page

  1. From the Dashboard, click Website.

  2. Click Website Pages or Landing Pages.

  3. Click the Title of the page to open the editor.

Add an Accordion block to a section

An Accordion block behaves as a dropdown bar. The Heading Text identifies the block, and visitors click it open to read the Body Text. Use one anywhere a question, instruction, or detail is better shown on demand.
