Unsubscribe a contact from marketing emails

Manually unsubscribe contacts from all marketing emails, including Email Broadcasts, Email Sequences, and Event Emails.

Important: Unsubscribing a contact cannot be undone unless the contact resubscribes.

To unsubscribe a contact

  1. Open the Contacts tab from your Dashboard.

  2. Click the ... dropdown menu to the right of the Contact and select View.

  3. Click the Info tab.

  4. Then, click Unsubscribe:
