Coupon codes

The coupon code field appears on your checkout page automatically when at least one Active coupon is attached to the offer. If the offer has no Active coupons, the field stays hidden, so customers never see a coupon box they can’t use. This includes active affiliate coupons when the offer is enabled for affiliates. To attach a coupon to an offer, create or edit a coupon from Sales > Coupons and select the offer in the coupon’s offer selection. Learn more about creating coupons
Invoice checkouts don’t include a coupon field.

Redirect settings

Configure where customers are directed after completing their purchase:
  • Thank you page
  • Product access page
  • Custom URL
Tip: Test your checkout page after making changes to ensure the customer experience flows smoothly from start to finish.
