How to Redirect Your Form Submitters to a Custom Thank You Page

Thank your subscribers with a custom page by connecting your form to your custom Thank You Page.

Step 1. Create your custom thank you page 

Redirect your form submitters to your custom thank you page by first designing and creating your custom thank you page:

  • Open the Website tab from your Dashboard.
  • Click the Landing pages tab.
  • Navigate to the top right corner of the page and click + New Landing Page.
  • Select your desired Pages Template.
    Tip: Check out the Thank You templates!
  • Click Get Started.
  • Enter your Page Title (Note: This title will reflect in the Page URL and the tab of your site visitor's browser).
  • Then, click Create to generate your custom page:

After generating your custom thank you page, use the page editor to customize your thank you page.

Step 2. Connect your thank you page to your form

After creating your custom thank you page, connect your page to your Form to redirect your subscribers to your custom thank you page immediately after opting in.

To connect your page to your form:

  • Open the Marketing tab from your Dashboard.
  • Then, select Forms.
  • Select an existing Form or create a new one. 
  • Click the checkbox next to Send the contact to a custom thank you page.
  • Then, select your newly created thank you page in the dropdown below.
  • Click Save:

Note:
When customizing your page containing your Form Block, there will be a Thank You Page setting in your page editor. If left unchecked, a form submission will redirect your form submitters to the standard website Thank You Page or to the Thank You Page selected in your After Submission Settings of the form editor. If you choose to enable the Thank You Page setting in your page editor, your page editor settings will override the standard website thank you page and the after submission form settings thank you page.
