The Library page is your customers' home base. After they log in, it shows the Products they've purchased or been granted. Customize it to match your brand, cross-sell more Offers, and control the order Products appear in.

How the Library displays Products
After a customer logs into your site, they land on their Library page. It's unique to each customer because it only shows the Products they have purchased or been granted.
When a customer purchases an Offer or is granted an Offer, Kajabi automatically adds its Products to their Library. Customers can only access them with their login credentials. Archived Products, and Products a customer no longer has active access to, don't appear.
Note: Viewing the Library page as a logged-in site admin shows every Product on the site. Your customers only see the Products they have purchased or been granted.
Design the Library page
If you just started with Kajabi, your Library page shows the default site theme, which isn't customizable. Select a customizable site template to design your Library page and website pages to fit your brand. Learn to customize your website.
Note: Selecting a customizable site template lets you design your site to match your brand. You can't revert to the default site theme after selecting a template.
To begin customizing your Library page:
From your Dashboard, open the Website tab.
Click the Website Pages tab.
Select Library from your list of Website pages.
In the Editor, customize the appearance of the Library page:
Header: Hide or display your Header, customize the Menu links and your logo, and add hello bar banners to share announcements directly from the Library. Learn more about Headers.
Add Sections & Blocks to design a library experience that fits your brand and business. Learn more about Sections and learn about Blocks.
Products Section: Customize the messaging and style of the Product Cards displayed in your customers' Library. The Products Section is unique to the Library page builder.
Offer Storefront: Add recommended Offers to upsell or cross-sell to your customers. See Cross-sell Offers from the Library page, below.
Footer: Customize your Footer content, including your Logo, Copyright, and Social Links. Learn more about Footers.
Cross-sell Offers from the Library page
Customers who have already bought from you are one of your best audiences for additional Offers. Add an Offers & Pricing section to the Library page to show Offers they haven't purchased yet. Smart Offers hide any Offer a customer already owns, so each customer only sees Offers that are relevant to them.
Here's an example of a cross-selling experience:
To add Offers to your Library page:
From your Dashboard, open the Website tab.
Click on Website Pages.
Select Library from your list of Website pages.
Click Add Section from the sidebar editor.
Go to Offers & Pricing.
Select an Offers & Pricing section. This example uses the Offer Storefront. Your other options are Offer, Pricing Cards, and Pricing Option.
Click Add to install the section.
Open the Offer block from the sidebar editor.
Customize your Offer block(s) to include the Offers you want to cross-sell.
Click Save to apply your changes.
Change the order Products appear in the Library
Products appear in each customer's Library in the order you set on the Library Sorting page. The order applies to all customers and can't be customized for individual customers.
To rearrange your Products:
From your Dashboard, open the Products tab.
Click All Products, then Library Sorting.
Click and grab the drag icon to rearrange your Products in the order you want customers to see them.
Add Recommended Courses with the Premier template
If you build your website with the legacy template, Premier, add a Recommended Courses section to your customers' Library to encourage existing customers to purchase additional Offers.
Note: This section applies to the legacy template, Premier. If you build your Library with the Website Builder and the Encore template, follow the steps in Cross-sell Offers from the Library page instead.
To create the Recommended Courses section:
From your Dashboard, open the Website tab.
Click Website Pages.
Select Library from your list of Website pages.
In the sidebar, select Recommended Courses.
Click Add Recommended Course.
From the Recommended Course dropdown, select the Offer you want to recommend.
Click Save to keep your changes.
Your existing customers can now purchase your recommended Courses directly from their Library.
Note: Design changes to the Library page apply to all customers, so your Recommended Courses display in every customer's Library. If a customer already owns one of your Recommended Courses, it doesn't display in the Recommended Courses section of their Library.
