Step 1. Confirm the web address
If you are having trouble logging into your account, consider the following troubleshooting steps to access your Kajabi account:
- Confirm the web address
- Confirm your email address
First, confirm the web address for the Kajabi login page. To log into Kajabi, you will need to sign in through the Kajabi login page at https://app.kajabi.com/login.
After checking the web address, confirm that the email address entered is the same email address associated with your account.
Not sure how to confirm your email address? Try resetting your password to confirm your login credentials.
Clicking the "Forgot password" button will prompt you to enter your email address. If the reset password instructions arrive in the inbox of the email address entered, move onto step 2.
If you do not receive the reset password instructions in the inbox of the email address entered you may be entering an incorrect email address.
Step 2. Reset password
After confirming the web address and your email address, you may need to reset your password.
If you have confirmed your email address in the previous step by receiving the reset password instructions in your email inbox, use the reset password instructions to reset the login credentials for your account:
If you have not attempted to reset your password, try a password reset to see if the reset email is sent to your email address.
Proceed by resetting your password and logging into Kajabi with your new login credentials.
Step 3. Try a different browser
If you continue to have trouble logging into your account after attempting the previous steps you may be experiencing a browser or caching issue.
Have you attempted to login with a different browser? If not, try accessing your Kajabi account with a different web browser (e.g., Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.).
If you are unable to log into your Kajabi account through a different web browser, consider clearing your browser cache.
