What To Do If You Can't Log Into Kajabi

Step 1. Confirm the web address

If you're having trouble logging into your account, we recommend the following troubleshooting steps to access your Kajabi account:

  • Confirm the web address
  • Confirm your email address
  • Check your email spam folder

First, confirm the web address for the Kajabi login page. To log into Kajabi, you'll need to sign in through the Kajabi login page at https://app.kajabi.com/login.

After checking the web address, confirm that the email address entered is the same email address associated with your account.

Not sure how to confirm your email address? Try resetting your password to confirm your login credentials.

Clicking the "Forgot password" button will prompt you to enter your email address. If the reset password instructions arrive in the inbox of the email address entered, move on to step 2

If you don't receive the reset password instructions in the inbox of the email address entered, you may be entering an incorrect email address. Or, the email may have gone into your spam folder.

Please check your email spam folder for the password reset email before moving on to the next step.


Step 2. Reset password

After confirming the web address and your email address, you may need to reset your password.

If you've confirmed your email address in the previous step by receiving the reset password instructions in your email inbox, use the reset password instructions to reset the login credentials for your account:

If you've not attempted to reset your password, try a password reset to see if the reset email is sent to your email address. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.

Proceed by resetting your password and logging into Kajabi with your new login credentials.

Step 3. Try a different browser

If you continue to have trouble logging into your account after attempting the previous steps, you may be experiencing a browser or caching issue.

Have you attempted to log in with another browser? If not, try accessing your Kajabi account with a different web browser (e.g. Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.).

If you're still unable to log into your Kajabi account through a different web browser, try clearing your browser cache.

Here are a few commonly used browsers and their support guides on how to clear the cache:


Step 4: Clear Browser Cache and Cookies

Sometimes, cached data can cause login issues. Clear your browser's cache and cookies to ensure you're accessing the most recent version of the Kajabi site.

  • Access Browser Settings: Open your browser settings or preferences.
  • Clear Cache and Cookies: Find the option to clear browsing data, select cache and cookies, and confirm the action.
  • Restart Your Browser: Close and reopen your browser, then try logging in again.

Step 5: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Issues

If you are having trouble with MFA, such as not receiving a code, follow these steps:

  • Authenticator App: Ensure you have an authenticator app installed and set up correctly.
  • Check SMS Delivery: If using SMS for MFA, ensure your phone number is correct and that you have a stable network connection.
  • Contact Support: If you continue to experience issues, contact Kajabi support for assistance with resetting MFA

Step 6: Contact Kajabi Support

If you've tried the troubleshooting steps above and still need help, or if you're experiencing issues with multi-factor authentication (MFA), please contact Kajabi Support for additional help.
