Learn to create a digital Course Product on Kajabi.

What is a Course on Kajabi?

A Course on Kajabi can be anything from:

  • an online course,
  • to a resource center,
  • to a teaching tool

to deliver your value digitally to your customers.

Build your content into your Kajabi Product for your customers to access digitally. Then sell (or share) your Product(s) by connecting your Product(s) to Offers.

Creating a new Product

Get started building your digital Course on Kajabi by creating a new Course Product:

  • Open the Products tab from your Dashboard.
  • Click Get Started.
    Or, if you've already created a Product, click + New Product.
  • Select the Course Product.
  • Click Get Started.
  • Then, complete the on-screen instructions to create your Course details:

Tip:
Pick a simple and memorable title for your Product. But don't worry too much about this now. You can always go back and change it later by editing your Course Details!

Using the AI Content Assistant

Get help building your Course outline with the AI Content Assistant.

When creating your Course, use the toggle on the Course Details page to toggle this setting on and use the power of artificial intelligence to help you generate a customized first draft of your Course outline and Lesson content and a funnel to presell your Course Product:

If you choose not to use the AI Content Assistant, your Course outline will be generated using a blank template. 

Adding Modules, Lessons, and Quizzes

Add Modules, Submodules, Lessons, Quizzes, and Live Video to build your content into your Product.

Click Add Content to add a Module, Submodule, Lesson, or Quiz:

Click the + Add Content button next to a Module title to add a Lesson, Submodule, or Quiz inside that Module:

Tip:
The powerful combination of Quizzes and Certificates of Completion can be used to ensure that your students master your Course material and then receive official recognition for their achievement. Learn to create a Certificate of Completion with Kajabi and automatically send it to students who complete your Course.

Deleting a Product

Warning:
Deleting a Product cannot be undone, and the content within your Product, once deleted, cannot be retrieved. Please be sure to confirm the deletion of your Product.

To Delete a Product:

  • Open the Products tab from your Dashboard.
  • Place your cursor over the Product and click … to view additional options.
  • Select Delete.
  • Confirm your decision by clicking Yes, delete in the pop-up modal:

Note:
If your Product is attached to a recurring payment (Multi-pay or Recurring Subscription) Offer, your Customers will continue getting charged. Be sure to adjust your Offer or deactivate the Offer from your Customers' profiles before deleting the Course to completely remove the Offer containing the Product.
