Your members' comments in the Post of a Product can be configured to be visible, hidden, or locked. Learn to enable, disable, hide and manage comments in the Post of your Product.

Change the comment visibility: Visible, hidden, locked
Change the comments visibility for each Post in a Product:
- Open the Products tab in the Dashboard.
- Select an existing Product or create a new one.
- Click an existing Product Post or create a new one.
- Navigate to the Comments section on the right side of the page.
- Select your desired Comment visibility:
Visible
A "Visible" comment box will be visible on the page and will show existing comments in the thread and will give your users the ability to add new comments:
Hidden
A "Hidden" comment box will not be visible on the page and will not show existing comments in the thread.
Locked
A "Locked" comment box will remove the ability for your users to add new comments, however, the existing comments will still be visible.
Manage the comments in your Products
Access your comments manager for your Products in your Products tab:
- From the Dashboard, click Products.
- Then, click Manage Comments.
- This will take you to the Comments Manager in your Kajabi Admin:
Delete and Restore
To delete a comment:
- From the Dashboard, click Products.
- Then, click Manage Comments.
- Select the comment.
- Click delete:
To restore a deleted comment:
- From the Dashboard, click Products.
- Then, click Manage Comments.
- Filter the comments by "Deleted".
- Select the comment.
- Click restore:
Locate your restored comment in the Comments Read folder.
