A member can have their access to a Product revoked after they have finished a course, failed to pay, or are not complying with your terms and conditions. Learn how to revoke Product Access below.
Note:
Members do not receive a notification after being revoked from a Product. Keep in mind, revoking access for a recurring subscription or multi-pay Offer will not deactivate future payments. Read How to Cancel Your Member's Subscription for details.
Revoke access to a product
- Open the People tab.
- Select an existing Member.
- Choose the Purchases tab on their People profile and select View.
- Under Product Memberships select Revoke Access.
- Confirm the action by clicking Revoke Access in the popup:

Note:
Deleting an Offer from your Products tab will not revoke access to the Products included with the Offer for your existing Members of that Product.
