Kajabi Products give you everything you need to package your expertise and sell it online. Each Product type comes with customizable blueprints so you can go from idea to launch quickly — without stitching together third-party tools. Kajabi supports six Product types:

Courses

A Course is a flexible way to deliver visual and written content to your customers — anything from a structured online program to a resource center. Each Course is built from modules, submodules, lessons, and quizzes. Choose the Course type that fits your delivery model:
  • Evergreen Courses — Self-paced content available to customers as soon as they purchase
  • Cohort-based Courses — Scheduled groups that progress through material together, with live video sessions.

Coaching

Coaching lets you deliver personalized 1:1 or Group Coaching programs, with built-in tools for scheduling, live video, and session management. Build programs with the Kajabi Scheduler and built-in live video, or connect a third-party tool like Calendly, Acuity, Zoom, or Google Meet. Image Learn more about Coaching. Note: Using Calendly or a custom scheduling link makes a Coaching Product ineligible for Kajabi’s built-in live video. Use the Kajabi Scheduler or manual scheduling to keep built-in live video available.
Coaching or Courses

Podcasts

Podcasts give you a way to share conversations and expertise on demand. Create episodes from scratch or import an existing show using an RSS feed, then distribute to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and other directories from one place. Choose how your Podcast is accessed:
  • Public Podcasts are available to everyone
  • Private Podcasts are restricted to customers with an Offer connected to the Podcast

Newsletters

Newsletters help you grow and own your audience with consistent, valuable written content delivered straight to subscribers. Treat your Newsletter like a magazine brand and your Newsletter Posts like individual issues released on the schedule you choose. Image Learn more about Newsletters.

Downloads

Downloads let you sell worksheets, templates, guides, and other digital files behind a secured paywall. Each Downloads Product can hold multiple files, and you can add or remove files at any time. Image

Create a Product

  1. Open the Products tab from the Dashboard.
  2. Click All Products, then click the + New [product] button.
  3. Select the Product type you want to create.
  4. Click Get Started.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to build your Product.
Tip: On legacy plans that include Draft Mode, you can build one Product of each type over your Plan limit. A drafted Product cannot be published until you upgrade your Plan or remove an existing Product. Learn more about Draft Mode.
Warning: Deleting a Product is permanent and removes the content and any customer access tied to it. Move customers to a replacement Product or save a backup of your content before deleting.

How many Products can I create on Kajabi?

Product limits depend on your Plan. Each Course, Community, Coaching, Podcast, and Newsletter Product counts as one Product. All Downloads Products combined count as a single Product slot. View your current usage and Plan limits from your Account settings.

Can I duplicate a Product?

You can duplicate Evergreen Courses to reuse content, however Cohort-based Courses cannot be duplicated. Duplication copies content only — customers, assessments, and Offers do not transfer.

Can I sell physical products with Kajabi?

Kajabi Products are designed for digital delivery. To sell physical goods, embed Shopify Buy Buttons on your pages or connect a third-party fulfillment service (e.g., Amazon) using Zapier. Learn how to sell physical products with Kajabi.

Where do my customers access purchased Products?

Customers access purchased Products from their Library on your website, the Kajabi mobile app, or your branded mobile app.
