ℹ️ This article is for customers of a Kajabi site.
Use this article to download and log in to a Kajabi app, switch between sites and email addresses, and fix login errors. It's for customers of Kajabi sites.
There are two kinds of Kajabi apps. The Kajabi mobile app is one shared app, called Kajabi, that can hold many Kajabi sites. A branded app is an app that one Kajabi site publishes under its own name.
Download a Kajabi app
The Kajabi mobile app is free and is called Kajabi in the app stores.
On iPhone and iPad, download the Kajabi mobile app from the App Store. It requires iOS 16.6 or later.
On Android, download the Kajabi mobile app from the Google Play Store. It requires Android 10 or later.
Some Kajabi sites publish their own branded app under the site's name. To find a site's branded app, search the App Store or Google Play Store for the site's name, or use the link the site gives you.
Note:
Developer or beta versions of iOS or Android (such as Apple's iOS Public Beta or Android Beta) can cause errors in the Kajabi mobile app and branded apps.
Log in to the Kajabi mobile app
The Kajabi mobile app never asks for a password. You log in with a link or a code from an email.
To log in to the Kajabi mobile app on an iPhone, iPad, or Android device:
Open the Kajabi mobile app and tap Log In (iPhone or iPad) or Get Started (Android).
Enter your email address and tap Next in the top-right corner.
Open the email with the subject line that starts with Confirm your email address with Kajabi.
Tap Confirm Email Address in the email, or type the code into the app. On iPhone or iPad, the app checks the code as soon as you type all 6 characters. On Android, tap Continue.
If you tapped the link, a web page opens that says Your email has been confirmed! Tap Open Kajabi App.
The Kajabi mobile app logs you in.
Log in to a branded app
A branded app works only with the one Kajabi site that published it, so it has no menu for switching sites. You can log in to a branded app with your password or with an email link.
If the site added welcome slides, you'll see them the first time you log in to its branded app on a device. Tap Next to move through them, then tap Get Started to open the app.
Log in to a branded app with a password
To log in to a branded app with a password:
Open the site's branded app and tap Log In.
Enter your email address and the same password you use on the Kajabi site.
Tap Log In.
If you forgot the password for a branded app, tap Forgot password? on the login screen. The site's password reset page opens in your web browser. Enter your email address there to get an email with a link to set a new password.
Log in to a branded app with an email link
To log in to a branded app with an email link instead of a password:
Open the site's branded app and tap Log In.
Tap Log in with link.
Enter your email address and tap Next. The app shows Email link sent.
Open the email from the site's name with the subject line Confirm your email.
Tap Confirm email address in the email, or type the code into the app. On iPhone or iPad, the app checks the code as soon as you type all 6 characters. On Android, tap Continue.
If you tapped the link, a web page opens that says Your email has been confirmed! and switches to the branded app. If the app doesn't open, tap Open.
Create an account in a branded app
If the site has turned on sign-ups for its branded app, you can create an account in the app. You'll see Sign Up on the welcome screen, and under Don't have an account? on the login screen.
To create an account in a branded app:
Tap Sign Up.
Enter your Name, Email, and a Password of at least 8 characters.
Tap Sign Up. The button stays greyed out until every field is filled in correctly.
The branded app creates your account and logs you in right away. Keep these details in mind:
Creating an account may not give you access to any Products.
When you sign up, you're automatically subscribed to the site's marketing emails, unless you've unsubscribed from that site's emails before.
If you don't see Sign Up, complete a checkout page on the Kajabi site or contact the support team of the site to get access.
Login link and code in a Kajabi app
When you log in to a Kajabi app with an email, the email has a login link and a 6-character code. You can use either one. These rules apply to the login link and code in both apps:
The link and code expire 2 hours after you first ask for them.
The link and the code count as one login. Once you log in with either one, both stop working.
The login email works differently in the Kajabi mobile app and in branded apps:
In the Kajabi mobile app, the code also appears in parentheses at the end of the email's subject line, so you can read the code from the email notification without opening the email.
In a branded app, the code isn't in the subject line, so open the email to find the code.
In the Kajabi mobile app, if you enter your email address again before the first link expires or is used, you get the same link and code, and the 2 hours don't restart. After that, you get a new link and code.
In a branded app, you get a new link and code each time you enter your email address. Each one works until you use it or its 2 hours pass, even after you ask for a newer one.
The Kajabi mobile app and branded apps don't offer sign-in with Google, Apple, Face ID, or two-factor authentication (2FA).
Confirmation email didn't arrive
If the email with your Kajabi app login link or code didn't arrive, try these fixes:
Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
Search your inbox for Confirm your email.
Enter your email address in the app again, and check it for typos. If the email address isn't a customer of a Kajabi site, the app still moves to the next screen, but no email is sent. In a branded app, the email address needs to be a customer of that site.
Try a different email address. To find which email address your account uses, search each of your inboxes for the Kajabi site's name.
If you ask for a confirmation email more than 5 times in 1 minute, the app shows an error message instead of sending it. Wait 1 minute, then try again.
If you still can't log in, contact the site's support team.
Sites in the Kajabi mobile app
If your email address belongs to more than one Kajabi site, the Kajabi mobile app adds all of these sites when you log in, and you can switch between them.
Switch sites in the Kajabi mobile app
To switch sites in the Kajabi mobile app:
At the top of the Library tab, tap the site name with the down arrow next to it. The Sites menu opens.
Select the site you want. The Kajabi mobile app switches to that site.
Add or remove a site in the Kajabi mobile app
To add or remove a site in the Kajabi mobile app:
At the top of the Library tab, tap the site name to open the Sites menu.
At the bottom of the Sites menu, select Manage sites.
Tap Remove next to a site in the Added section, or tap Add next to a site in the Available section. The site moves to the other section right away.
Keep these details in mind on the Manage sites screen:
To switch sites, tap a site in the Added section.
Removing a site only hides it from the Sites menu. It doesn't log you out, and adding it back doesn't ask you to log in again.
You can't remove the site you have open right now. It shows a checkmark instead of Remove. To remove it, switch to another site first, then tap Remove next to it.
Use more than one email address in the Kajabi mobile app
Adding another email address to the Kajabi mobile app keeps you logged in to your first email address too. The Sites menu then shows the sites from each email address you've added, and the Manage sites screen lists them under each email address.
Add another email address to the Kajabi mobile app
To add another email address to the Kajabi mobile app:
At the top of the Library tab, tap the site name to open the Sites menu.
Select Manage sites.
Tap Add another email address.
Enter the other email address, then log in with the link or code from the email, the same way you did for your first email address.
The new email address's sites appear in the Sites menu. There's no limit to how many email addresses you can add to the Kajabi mobile app.
Note:
If two of your email addresses are customers of the same Kajabi site, the Sites menu shows that site once. The Kajabi mobile app opens it with only one of those email addresses, and you can't choose which one. If the Products and progress don't look right, then sign out of one of the email addresses you have added. On Android, if the site disappears from the Sites menu after you sign out, close and reopen the app.
Remove an email address from the Kajabi mobile app
To remove one email address from the Kajabi mobile app and stay logged in to the others:
At the top of the Library tab, tap the site name, then select Manage sites.
Next to the email address you want to remove, tap Sign out.
When the app asks Are you sure you want to sign out from [email]?, tap Sign out.
The Kajabi mobile app signs out of that email address and removes its sites. If you were viewing one of those sites, the app switches to a site from another email address. If it was your only email address, the app logs you out completely.
Log out of a Kajabi app
To log out of the Kajabi mobile app or a branded app:
Tap your profile picture or initials in the top-right corner. On Android, if you're on the Community tab, tap the settings icon instead. The Settings screen opens.
Scroll to the Account section and tap Log out.
On iPhone or iPad, tap Sign out to confirm. On Android, the app logs you out right away.
In the Kajabi mobile app, logging out signs you out of every email address you've added. To sign out of only one email address, follow the steps in Remove an email address from the Kajabi mobile app.
Delete a branded app account
A branded app shows Delete Account if you created your account in that branded app.
The Kajabi mobile app has no account-deletion option. It doesn't create an account of its own.
Warning:
If you have a subscription, payment plan, or free trial on that site, ask the site's support team to cancel it before you delete your account. Otherwise, Delete Account might only sign you out without deleting anything.
Deleting your branded app account removes your access to that site's Products, Coaching, and Community, and you can't undo it. If you sign up again with the same email address, you'll start with a new account that has no Products.
To delete a branded app account:
In the branded app, tap your profile picture or initials in the top-right corner. On Android, if you're on the Community tab, tap the settings icon instead. The Settings screen opens.
In the Account section, tap Delete Account.
When the app asks Are you sure you want to delete your account?, tap Delete. The branded app signs you out and goes back to the login screen.
Keep these details in mind when you delete a branded app account:
A subscription or payment plan can stop your account from being deleted even if it’s paused or you’ve canceled it and it hasn’t ended yet. If you can still log in and see your Products, your account wasn’t deleted. Ask the site’s support team to cancel the subscription or payment plan, then tap Delete Account again.
After your account is deleted, you won’t be charged again for subscriptions on that site. Depending on the subscription, it ends right away or at the end of your current billing period.
Deleting your account only affects that one site. Your access on other Kajabi sites stays the same.
Error messages
These are the error messages you might see when you log in to a Kajabi mobile app, what each one means, and how to fix it.
