There are two kinds of Kajabi apps for customers. The Kajabi mobile app is one shared app, called Kajabi, that can hold many Kajabi sites. A branded app is an app that one Kajabi site publishes under its own name.
Download a Kajabi app
The Kajabi mobile app is free and is called Kajabi in the app stores.
On iPhone and iPad, download the Kajabi mobile app from the App Store. It requires iOS 16.6 or later.
On Android, download the Kajabi mobile app from the Google Play Store. It requires Android 10 or later.
Some Kajabi sites publish their own branded app under the site's name. To find a site's branded app, search the App Store or Google Play Store for the site's name, or use the link the site gives you.
Note:
Developer or beta versions of iOS or Android (such as Apple's iOS Public Beta or Android Beta) can cause errors in the Kajabi mobile app and branded apps.
Log in to the Kajabi mobile app
The Kajabi mobile app never asks for a password. You log in with a link or a code from an email.
Note:
If you enter an email address that isn't a customer of any Kajabi site, the Kajabi mobile app still moves to the next screen, but no email is sent.
Log in to the Kajabi mobile app on iPhone or iPad
To log in to the Kajabi mobile app on an iPhone or iPad:
Open the app and tap Log In.
Enter your email address and tap Next.
On the Check your email screen, tap Open email app.
Open the email with the subject line that starts with Confirm your email address with Kajabi.
Tap Confirm Email Address in the email, or type the code into the app.
If you tapped the link, a web page opens that says Your email has been confirmed! Tap Open Kajabi App.
Log in to the Kajabi mobile app on Android
To log in to the Kajabi mobile app on an Android phone or tablet:
Open the app and tap Get Started.
Enter your email address, then tap Next in the top-right corner.
On the Email link sent screen, tap Open Email App.
Open the email with the subject line that starts with Confirm your email address with Kajabi.
Tap Confirm Email Address in the email, or type the code into the app and tap Continue.
If you tapped the link, a web page opens that says Your email has been confirmed! Tap Open Kajabi App.
Log in to a branded app
A branded app works only with the one Kajabi site that published it, so it has no menu for switching sites. You can log in to a branded app with your password or with an email link.
Log in to a branded app with a password
To log in to a branded app with a password:
Open the site's branded app and tap Log In.
Enter your email address and the same password you use on the Kajabi site.
Tap Log In.
The branded app logs you in.
If you forgot the password for a branded app, tap the forgot password link. The site's password reset page opens in your web browser so you can set a new password.
Log in to a branded app with an email link
To log in to a branded app without a password:
Open the site's branded app and tap Log In.
Tap Log in with link.
Enter your email address and tap Next. The app shows Email link sent.
Open the email from the site's name with the subject line Confirm your email.
Within 2 hours, tap Confirm email address in the email, or type the code into the app and tap Continue.
Each time you ask a branded app for a new email link, you get a new link and code. Older links and codes from the branded app keep working until you use one or 2 hours pass.
Create an account in a branded app
A branded app shows Sign Up only if the Kajabi site allows sign-ups. If you don't see Sign Up in the branded app, complete a checkout page on the Kajabi site.
How the Kajabi mobile app login link and code work
The Kajabi mobile app login link and code come from the email with the subject line that starts with Confirm your email address with Kajabi. The code also appears in parentheses at the end of that subject line, so you can read it from the email notification without opening the email. The link and code expire 2 hours after they're created.
The link and the code count as one login. Once you log in with either one, both stop working, and the link shows Uh oh! This link has expired.
The Kajabi mobile app login code has 6 characters and can include letters and numbers. You can type the code in uppercase or lowercase, because the app capitalizes it as you type.
If you enter your email again before the first link expires or is used, the Kajabi mobile app resends the same link and code, so any of those emails still logs you in. After a link expires or is used, asking again sends a new link and code.
The Kajabi mobile app doesn't support signing in with Google, Apple, Face ID, or two-factor authentication (2FA).
Confirmation email didn't arrive
If the email with your login link or code didn't arrive, try these fixes:
Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
Search your inbox for Confirm your email.
Enter your email address in the app again, and check it for typos.
Try a different email address. To find which email address your account uses, search each of your inboxes for the Kajabi site's name.
Switch sites in the Kajabi mobile app
If your email address belongs to more than one Kajabi site, the Kajabi mobile app adds all of these sites when you log in.
Switch to another site in the Kajabi mobile app
To switch sites in the Kajabi mobile app:
At the top of the app, tap the site name with the down arrow next to it. The Sites menu opens.
Tap the site you want.
Add or remove a site in the Kajabi mobile app
To add or remove a site:
Tap the site name at the top of the app to open the Sites menu.
At the bottom of the menu, tap Manage sites.
Tap Remove next to a site in the Added section, or tap Add next to a site in the Available section.
The site moves to the other section right away.
On the Manage sites screen, the site you're viewing has a checkmark instead of Add or Remove. If you only have one site, you won't see Add or Remove. To remove the site you're viewing, switch to another site first.
Add or remove an email address in the Kajabi mobile app
Adding another email address to the Kajabi mobile app keeps you logged in to your first email too. The Sites menu then shows the sites from each email address you've added, and the Manage sites screen lists them under each email address.
Add another email address to the Kajabi mobile app
To add another email address:
Tap the site name at the top of the app to open the Sites menu.
Tap Manage sites.
Tap Add another email address.
Enter the other email address, then log in with the link or code from the email, the same way you did for your first email.
The new email address's sites appear in the Sites menu.
There's no limit to how many email addresses you can add to the Kajabi mobile app.
Note:
If two of your email addresses have the same Product on the same Kajabi site, the Kajabi mobile app tracks your progress in that Product under only one of those email addresses. Progress saved under the other email address might not show in the app. To keep your progress together, add only one of those email addresses to the app.
Remove an email address from the Kajabi mobile app
To sign out of one email address and keep the others:
Tap the site name at the top of the app, then tap Manage sites.
Next to the email address you want to remove, tap the sign out link.
When the app asks Are you sure you want to sign out from [email]?, tap the sign out link.
The Kajabi mobile app signs out of that email address and removes its sites. If you were viewing one of those sites, the app switches to a site from another email address. If it was your only email address, the app logs you out completely.
