I can't log into the Kajabi Mobile App
With the Kajabi Mobile App your Members can access your content from anywhere and at anytime.
But if they can't log in, what can you do? Find out how you can help your Members if they can't log into the Kajabi Mobile App.
To better understand what may be causing the issue, let's first discuss how to log into the Kajabi Mobile App.

The email address entered into the Kajabi Mobile App must match the email address associated with the account. As an admin, you can confirm that the email address being used matches the email address in your People tab.
Typically this is the same email address used when purchasing an Offer, but it may be different if your Member has changed their email address in their settings.
If your Member has updated their email address, their People Profile will display their updated email address.
After entering the email address, you are prompted to "Check your email" to confirm:
If you are having trouble logging into the app after this point, you may be experiencing the following issues:
- The email address entered is not connected to their Email App.
- The confirmation email hasn't arrived.
- I just clicked the link, but it says the link expired.
The email address entered is not connected to their Email App.
After entering the email address, your Members are prompted to open their email app to confirm their email address on their device.
If the email address entered into the Kajabi Mobile App is not connected to the device's email app, they may not see the confirmation email in their device.
If this is the case, simply forward the email from Kajabi Support to the email address connected to the device.
For the Kajabi Mobile App to connect to the email address, the link must be clicked on the device with the Kajabi Mobile App installed.
If the confirmation email can be accessed from the mobile device with the installed Kajabi Mobile App, click the Magic Link (the "Confirm Email Address" button) in the Kajabi Support email:

Haven't seen your confirmation email yet?
Your email message may be delayed. We apologize for the inconvenience, please check back later.
I just clicked the link, but it says the link expired.
The link can expire for two reasons:
The link has exceeded the 2-hour expiration time.
If the link has passed it's expiration time, simply uninstall and reinstall the app to enter your email address again.
Then, return to your email inbox to open your new confirmation link.
The link has already been clicked.
The confirmation link is a single-use link. If you are receiving this message within the 2-hour time frame, you may have clicked this link before.
Return to your email inbox and delete the confirmation email. This will help avoid any confusion when you receive the new confirmation email.
After removing previous confirmation emails from Kajabi Support, uninstall and reinstall the Kajabi Mobile App to re-enter your email address. You will then receive a brand new link.
Proceed to confirm your Email Address from the device used to install the Kajabi Mobile App.
There are no digital products in my app
Successfully logged into the Kajabi Mobile App, but there are no Products?
Admin
If you are an admin of your Kajabi site, your email address used to log into the Kajabi Mobile App may not be connected to any Products.
Member
If your Member is unable to view their Products, confirm that the email address used to log into the Kajabi Mobile App is the email address associated with their People Profile on your site.
As an admin, open your Members' Product tab to view the Products your Member owns in their account.

My app keeps freezing and crashing
If you are experiencing issues with the Kajabi App freezing and crashing you may need to update the app to the latest version or force close the app and restart.

iOS Devices
First, go to the Apple Store and check that your Kajabi app is up to date. If you haven't updated recently, your app may become buggy and unstable.

If your Kajabi Mobile App is updated to the latest version and continues to remain unresponsive the app may be stuck or overloaded.
Force close the app to reset and clear its memory.

If the Kajabi App continues to crash after force closing, check to see if you can log in through the web browser and reach out to Support if the issue persists.
Android Devices
First, check that your Kajabi app is up to date with the latest version in the Google Play app.
- Open the Google Play app.
- Click the three horizontal lines at the top of your screen.
- Then, select My apps & games.
- Next, choose to Update all, or go through each app and update only the ones you want.

If your Kajabi Mobile App is updated to the latest version and continues to remain unresponsive the app may be stuck or overloaded.
Force close the app to reset and clear its memory:
- Open your Android Settings.
- Scroll down and open Apps or Application Manager.
- Locate Kajabi in your list of Apps.
- Select Kajabi.
- Click Force Stop.
If the Kajabi App continues to crash after force closing, check to see if you can log in through the web browser and reach out to Support if the issue persists.
