Troubleshoot time reveal not working
If your content is not appearing as expected after the Event time and offset, check the following:- Confirm the correct Event is selected. Open the Time Reveal settings for the Section or Block and verify the Event linked is the correct one. If no Event is selected, the offset will trigger from page load instead.
- Check the Event time in Kajabi. The Time Reveal triggers based on the scheduled Event time set in Kajabi, not when the event actually ends in real life. If the Event time was changed after setting up Time Reveal, update the offset accordingly.
- Check your offset value and units. Confirm the offset is set to the correct number and unit. For example, “1 day” requires the Offset value to be set to 1 and the Offset Units to be set to Days.
- Clear your browser cache. Time Reveal visibility can be affected by cached page data. Try opening the page in an incognito window or clearing your browser cache to see the updated content.
- Preview the page to test. Use the page preview to verify your Time Reveal settings before sharing the page with visitors.
