Automations can be removed from several locations within your Kajabi Dashboard, including the Automations Dashboard, Funnels, Email Campaigns, Course Lessons, Forms, Events, Offers, Quizzes, and Certificates of Completion.

Remove an Automation from the Automations Dashboard

The Automations Dashboard is located under the Marketing tab.
  1. Open the Marketing tab from your dashboard.
  2. Select Automations.
  3. Click Edit next to the Automation you would like to remove.
  4. Click Delete.
  5. Select OK when asked if you are sure you want to delete this Automation rule.

Remove an Automation from a Funnel

  1. Open the Marketing tab from your dashboard.
  2. Select Funnels.
  3. Click on the Funnel that contains your Automation.
  4. From your Funnel template, locate and select the Automation you would like to remove.
  5. Click Delete.
  6. Select OK when asked if you are sure you want to delete this Automation rule.

Remove an Automation from an Email Campaign

  1. Open the Marketing tab from your dashboard.
  2. Select the title of your Email Campaign.
  3. Follow the instructions below for your campaign type.

Email Sequence

Email Sequences may contain subscribe/unsubscribe triggers (Automations) or Automations on individual emails within the sequence. To remove a subscribe/unsubscribe trigger:
  1. Expand the subscribe or unsubscribe triggers section.
  2. Click Edit next to the trigger you would like to remove.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Select OK when asked if you are sure you want to delete this Automation rule.
To remove an Automation from an individual email within an Email Sequence:
  1. Locate the email that contains the Automation you would like to remove.
  2. Click Edit next to the Automation you would like to remove.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Select OK when asked if you are sure you want to delete this Automation rule.

Email Broadcast

  1. Navigate to the Content Editor for your Email Broadcast.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Automations section.
  3. Click Edit next to the Automation you would like to remove.
  4. Click Delete.
  5. Select OK when asked if you are sure you want to delete this Automation rule.

Remove an Automation from a Course Lesson

  1. Open the Products tab from your dashboard.
  2. Select the Courses tab.
  3. Click on the title of the Course that contains your Lesson.
  4. Click on the title of the Lesson that contains your Automation.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Automations section.
  6. Click Edit next to the Automation you would like to remove.
  7. Click Delete.
  8. Select OK when asked if you are sure you want to delete this Automation rule.

Remove an Automation from a Form

  1. Open the Marketing tab from your dashboard.
  2. Select Forms.
  3. Click Edit next to the name of the form that contains the Automation.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Automations section.
  5. Click Edit next to the Automation you would like to remove.
  6. Click Delete.
  7. Select OK when asked if you are sure you want to delete this Automation rule.

Remove an Automation from an Event

  1. Open the Marketing tab from your dashboard.
  2. Select Events.
  3. Click on the title of the Event that contains your Automation.
  4. Locate the Automations section.
  5. Click Edit next to the Automation you would like to remove.
  6. Click Delete.
  7. Select OK when asked if you are sure you want to delete this Automation rule.

Remove an Automation from an Offer

  1. Open the Sales tab from your dashboard.
  2. Click on the title of the Offer that contains your Automation.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Automations section.
  4. Click Edit next to the Automation you would like to remove.
  5. Click Delete.
  6. Select OK when asked if you are sure you want to delete this Automation rule.

Remove an Automation from a Quiz

  1. Open the Products tab from your Dashboard.
  2. Select Courses.
  3. Click on the title of the Course that contains your Quiz.
  4. Click to open your Quiz.
  5. Select the Settings tab at the top of the Quiz editor.
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Automations section.
  7. Click Edit next to the Automation you would like to remove.
  8. Click Delete.
  9. Select OK when asked if you are sure you want to delete this Automation rule.

Remove an Automation from a Certificate of Completion

  1. Open the Products tab from your Dashboard.
  2. Select Courses.
  3. Click on the title of the Course that contains your certificate.
  4. Select the Certificates tab at the top of the Course editor.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Automations section.
  6. Click Edit next to the Automation you would like to remove.
  7. Click Delete.
  8. Select OK when asked if you are sure you want to delete this Automation rule.
