Remove an Automation from the Automations Dashboard
The Automations Dashboard is located under the Marketing tab.- Open the Marketing tab from your dashboard.
- Select Automations.
- Click Edit next to the Automation you would like to remove.
- Click Delete.
- Select OK when asked if you are sure you want to delete this Automation rule.
Remove an Automation from a Funnel
- Open the Marketing tab from your dashboard.
- Select Funnels.
- Click on the Funnel that contains your Automation.
- From your Funnel template, locate and select the Automation you would like to remove.
- Click Delete.
- Select OK when asked if you are sure you want to delete this Automation rule.
Remove an Automation from an Email Campaign
- Open the Marketing tab from your dashboard.
- Select the title of your Email Campaign.
- Follow the instructions below for your campaign type.
Email Sequence
Email Sequences may contain subscribe/unsubscribe triggers (Automations) or Automations on individual emails within the sequence. To remove a subscribe/unsubscribe trigger:- Expand the subscribe or unsubscribe triggers section.
- Click Edit next to the trigger you would like to remove.
- Click Delete.
- Select OK when asked if you are sure you want to delete this Automation rule.
- Locate the email that contains the Automation you would like to remove.
- Click Edit next to the Automation you would like to remove.
- Click Delete.
- Select OK when asked if you are sure you want to delete this Automation rule.
Email Broadcast
- Navigate to the Content Editor for your Email Broadcast.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Automations section.
- Click Edit next to the Automation you would like to remove.
- Click Delete.
- Select OK when asked if you are sure you want to delete this Automation rule.
Remove an Automation from a Course Lesson
- Open the Products tab from your dashboard.
- Select the Courses tab.
- Click on the title of the Course that contains your Lesson.
- Click on the title of the Lesson that contains your Automation.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Automations section.
- Click Edit next to the Automation you would like to remove.
- Click Delete.
- Select OK when asked if you are sure you want to delete this Automation rule.
Remove an Automation from a Form
- Open the Marketing tab from your dashboard.
- Select Forms.
- Click Edit next to the name of the form that contains the Automation.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Automations section.
- Click Edit next to the Automation you would like to remove.
- Click Delete.
- Select OK when asked if you are sure you want to delete this Automation rule.
Remove an Automation from an Event
- Open the Marketing tab from your dashboard.
- Select Events.
- Click on the title of the Event that contains your Automation.
- Locate the Automations section.
- Click Edit next to the Automation you would like to remove.
- Click Delete.
- Select OK when asked if you are sure you want to delete this Automation rule.
Remove an Automation from an Offer
- Open the Sales tab from your dashboard.
- Click on the title of the Offer that contains your Automation.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Automations section.
- Click Edit next to the Automation you would like to remove.
- Click Delete.
- Select OK when asked if you are sure you want to delete this Automation rule.
Remove an Automation from a Quiz
- Open the Products tab from your Dashboard.
- Select Courses.
- Click on the title of the Course that contains your Quiz.
- Click to open your Quiz.
- Select the Settings tab at the top of the Quiz editor.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Automations section.
- Click Edit next to the Automation you would like to remove.
- Click Delete.
- Select OK when asked if you are sure you want to delete this Automation rule.
Remove an Automation from a Certificate of Completion
- Open the Products tab from your Dashboard.
- Select Courses.
- Click on the title of the Course that contains your certificate.
- Select the Certificates tab at the top of the Course editor.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Automations section.
- Click Edit next to the Automation you would like to remove.
- Click Delete.
- Select OK when asked if you are sure you want to delete this Automation rule.
