Why does the login page appear?
Your browser may have cookie blockers, plugins, or extensions blocking Kajabi’s cookies. This prevents the editor from recognizing your session and shows the login page instead. Resume customizing your Website Page or Product Page by enabling third-party cookies on your web browser or clearing your web browser’s cache and cookies from the web browser settings. Why does a 404 error or “Page not found” appear on a draft page?
Two separate causes can trigger this:- The page is set to Draft. Kajabi returns a 404 on all draft pages to prevent public access — this is intentional. Publish the page to resolve it.
- The page is published, but your browser is blocking third-party cookies or an ad blocker is active. This may prevent the editor from loading your session correctly.
Ad blockers and privacy extensions
Ad blockers and privacy extensions are a common cause of these errors and are separate from your browser’s built-in cookie settings. Disabling third-party cookies in your browser settings alone may not be enough if an extension is also active. Common extensions that can cause this: uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger, Ghostery, AdBlock, AdBlock Plus, and the built-in ad filtering in Brave and Opera browsers. Quick diagnostic: First, open the page in an incognito or private window. Most browser extensions are disabled in private/incognito windows. If the login page works in private/incognito, it’s likely that a browser extension is causing an issue. To fix: Disable the extension and reload the page. If it works, addkajabi.com (and your custom domain if you have one) to the extension’s allowlist or exception list so you don’t need to disable it permanently.
