Analytics Overview

The Analytics Overview report provides a customizable dashboard that highlights your key business metrics. It gives you a high-level snapshot of performance and serves as the starting point for accessing detailed reports and in-depth views.

Customizing Your Dashboard

You can tailor the analytics dashboard to display the data that matters most to your business.

  • Customize view: Click Customize view and then Add to choose from the available widgets to add them to your dashboard.

  • Reorganize widgets: Drag and drop widgets to arrange them in your preferred order.

  • Remove widgets: Select the X in the corner of any widget to remove it.

  • Adjust filters: Use the filters at the top of the dashboard to change the time range, comparison period, or currency. Some widgets do not use the date filter and will display a note in the top corner indicating their relevant time frame.

Payments

Gross Revenue
Displays the total gross revenue generated over time, including all paid purchases. Does not account for refunds.

Refunds
Displays the total value of refunds issued over time, including full and partial refunds for paid purchases.

Top Offers
Displays gross revenue and payment counts by offer over a selected time frame.

Gross Revenue by Payment Method
Displays the total gross revenue generated by payment method over time, including all paid purchases. Does not account for refunds.

Gross Revenue by Pricing Type
Shows the breakdown of payments by pricing type, including one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, free, and pay what you want.

Contacts

New Contacts
Displays the number of new contacts added over a selected time frame.

Top Customers
Displays top customers by total spend, including full and partial refunds for paid purchases.

Opt-ins
Displays the number of form submissions and landing page signups over a selected time frame.

Contacts by Segment
Displays the total number of contacts broken down by customer segment.

Subscriptions

New Subscriptions
Displays new subscription counts and gross revenue over time, including those with trials.

MRR from Subscriptions
Displays monthly recurring revenue generated by active subscriptions.

ARPU from Subscriptions
Displays average revenue per user for subscriptions.

Subscription Status
Displays the status of all current subscriptions by offer. Each status count can be clicked to open the subscription page with the filter already applied.

Subscription Retention
Displays the percentage of customers who continue making payments after each billing cycle.

Canceled Subscriptions
Displays the number of subscriptions that have been canceled within the selected time frame.

Churn Rate from Subscriptions
Displays the percentage of subscriptions canceled relative to the starting base in the selected period.

Payment Plans

New Payment Plans
Displays new payment plan counts and gross revenue over time, including those with trials.

Payment Plan Status
Displays the status of all current payment plans. Each status count can be clicked to open the subscription page with the filter already applied.

Canceled Payment Plans
Displays the total number of canceled payment plans over time.

Emails

Unsubscribed Contacts
Displays the total unsubscribe count from marketing emails. This data includes all historical records and does not adjust according to the selected time range.
