Additional customer information like a phone number or address can be collected during the checkout process. This additional information is beneficial if anything needs to be mailed to them or if a call is part of the offer.
Add extra contact information
To require additional contact information in your checkout form:
- Open the Sales tab from your Dashboard.
- Then, click Offers.
- Edit an existing Offer or create a new one.
- Click Checkout.
- Open the Form fields section in the editor.
- Select the checkout fields you wish to include.
- Then, click Save to keep and apply your changes:
Extra contact information can be viewed in the People tab.
