How revenue milestones are calculated
Your milestone is based on the total revenue you have earned on Kajabi over the life of your account — not revenue in a single year or month. Kajabi calculates it by adding up every successful payment across all Sites in your account, then converting the total to US dollars. Three things follow from that:- Revenue from every Site in your account counts toward one combined total
- Payments you collect outside Kajabi are not counted, because Kajabi can only see payments processed through it
- If you sell in another currency, your total is converted to US dollars, so the milestone you reach reflects the converted amount
Note: Each milestone can be claimed once. If your account closes and you later reactivate it, milestones you already claimed cannot be claimed again.
Milestone gifts
Each milestone earns a different gift.
The $1K Kajabi Tee and the $500K Kajabi Crewneck are apparel, so you choose a unisex size when you claim them.
Claim a reward
- Open the milestone email Kajabi sends you. The subject line names the milestone you reached, for example You’ve hit your $100k milestone.
- Click Claim Your Reward to open your personalized claim page.
- Confirm the gift shown on the page, and select a size if your gift is apparel.
- Enter the shipping address you want the gift sent to, including a phone number so the shipping carrier can reach you about delivery.
- Submit the claim to send your gift to fulfillment.
Note: Sometimes items are delayed, make sure the address you provide is an address you will be at for the next 4 weeks.
Receive the milestone email
The milestone email is the only way to claim a reward, so it is worth confirming that Kajabi can reach you before you hit your next milestone.- From the Kajabi Dashboard, open the Settings tab.
- Select Notifications & Privacy from your Account Settings.
- Turn on Notify me when I earn free swag and rewards from Kajabi’s Hero Program.
- Click Save to keep your changes.
Note: Milestone emails are sent as Kajabi marketing emails. If you have unsubscribed from Kajabi marketing emails, you will not receive them even with this setting turned on. Learn how to manage Kajabi marketing emails.
Share an expert journey
When you hit a milestone, you’ll be invited to share the story of how you built your business. It’s your call whether you take it. Your milestone gift is yours either way, and sharing your journey unlocks a second bonus gift.Which kind of conversation you’re invited to depends on the milestone you reached.
$1K, $10K, and $50K: a call with AI JCron
A short phone conversation, about eight minutes, guided by an AI version of Kajabi co-CEO, JCron. He’ll ask where you started, the turning points along the way, the Kajabi tools you leaned on, and what advice you’d give someone starting out.
You can ask to be called right away or pick a time that works for you, and you’ll get a reminder text five minutes before. The call is recorded and transcribed. At the end, you’ll be asked two things: whether you’re comfortable with Kajabi sharing parts of your story publicly, and whether you’d be interested in a conversation with the real JCron.
$100K and above: a live call with JCron
Instead of the AI-guided call, you’ll be invited to book time with JCron directly through Calendly and pick a slot that suits your schedule. Same territory, your origin story, the turning points, what you’d tell someone starting out, just a real conversation rather than a guided one.
