FAQs
Why don’t I see any metrics in the report?
There is a delay between when emails get sent to when the metrics are updated in this report. If you don’t see your metrics immediately, come back in a few hours and they should be available.
When is a checkout considered "recovered"?
A checkout is counted as recovered when a recipient of an abandoned checkout email completes a purchase for the same offer they previously abandoned within 14 days.
What counts as a sent email?
Each abandoned checkout event triggers one email send. If the same person abandons the same offer's checkout multiple times, each abandonment is counted as a separate send.
Why might my open or click numbers look low?
Open and click tracking can be affected by email clients that block tracking pixels or auto-click links for security scanning. These numbers are best used as directional signals rather than precise counts.
Does this report include data from before I enabled abandoned checkout emails?
No. The report only includes data from sends that occurred while the abandoned checkout email setting was enabled on your offer.
