At this time, it is not possible to be an anonymous customer within a Community without also making the name anonymous to you as the account owner. For example, a customer can manually change their name to “Anonymous” in the Contacts section, but this will also change their name throughout the site including emails, the Contacts tab, and reports. If a customer would like to change their name, learn how customers can edit their information.
