If you need to permanently delete your Kajabi account, you can do so by submitting a Data Rights Request. This process ensures your data is securely and thoroughly removed in accordance with privacy laws and our policies.
Note: If you simply want to cancel your account rather than permanently delete it, learn how to cancel your account.

Access the Data Rights Request form

Navigate to the Kajabi Data Rights Request Form to initiate the deletion process.

Complete the form

Provide the following information:
  • Your Country and State of residence
  • The email address associated with your Kajabi account
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Any additional information requested to verify your identity

Submit a request

  1. Click the Submit button to send your request.
  2. An email requiring you to verify your email will be sent.
  3. Once you verify your email, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that your data request is in progress.

Confirmation of deletion

You will receive an email notifying you when your deletion request is completed. Your deletion request will be completed within privacy regulation timelines (e.g., 30 days).

Important notes

  • Deletion is permanent: Once your account is deleted, all associated data, including content, customer information, and analytics, will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
  • Active subscriptions: If you have an active subscription, ensure it is canceled before submitting a deletion request. Any outstanding balances or obligations should also be resolved.
