Kajabi automatically bills your payment method on file for your subscription monthly or annually, depending on your plan. If your payment fails, Kajabi continues to retry your card. You will see a notification saying “Your balance is overdue” on your Kajabi dashboard or on the Subscription & Billing page. You will also receive email notifications.

Make a payment

  1. Click Pay Balance on the notification.
  2. If necessary, edit your payment method.
  3. Click Pay balance.
Click Pay balance to make a payment for an unpaid invoice on the notification on your Kajabi dashboard

Why did my payment fail?

Here are some reasons why your payment may have failed:
  • Not enough funds in the bank account
  • Credit limit is reached
  • Your card is frozen
  • Your card details are incorrect
  • Your card expired
  • Your bank didn’t approve it (you may receive a text/email letting you know)

What happens if we don’t receive payment

If we don’t receive a payment after a period of time, your Kajabi account will be suspended. This means that your Kajabi site(s) is still accessible by others but you will lose access to admin features in Kajabi. The notification will tell you the specific date your account will be suspended. After your account has been suspended and we still don’t receive a payment, your account will be canceled. This means you will lose access to admin features and your Kajabi site(s) will not be accessible. You can make a payment to recover your account from suspension or cancellation.
**Important: **Payment due dates for Kajabi subscriptions cannot be extended.
