Even the best emails sometimes go unread. That's why Kajabi gives you the power to resend emails to those who didn't open them the first time.
Resending your broadcasts to non-openers can give your audience another chance to see your information, boost audience engagement, and let you optimize your message by updating the subject line, preview text, or body copy.
How to resend an email broadcast
To resend an email broadcast:
- Navigate to the Marketing tab from your Dashboard.
- Open Email Campaigns.
- Click the
…icon to open more options for an email broadcast that has been sent. This option will be available 48 hours after the original email was sent, up until three months after the original email was sent. - Select Resend to unopened:
- Follow the prompts to edit your email broadcast.
Note: You do not have to edit your email. Continue through the prompts to keep your original email copy/designs. - Then, schedule your resend:
- Send right now
- Schedule for later
Your Email Broadcast will then be resent to the contacts that did not originally open the broadcast at your desired send time!
FAQs
Can I resend to recipients who opened the original email but did not click?
No. However, you can manually create a segment for recipients who did not click and send the email to your created segment.
What types of emails can be resent?
Email Broadcasts that have been sent.
What types of emails cannot be resent?
Anything other than Email Broadcasts that have been sent.
Can I save the resent email as a draft?
No, resent emails cannot be saved as a draft. However, if you leave the page, your email will be in a "draft" state and you can resume from where you left off.
Can I resend to recipients who did not open the resent email?
No, you can only resend an Email Broadcast once after the original email has been sent.
