The View in Web Browser link is in the header of an email and lets recipients open it in a separate browser window.
  1. Click on the Settings tab in the Editor.
  2. Select View in Web Browser.
  3. In the Desktop Layout and Mobile layout sections, select the box that reads Hide Section on Desktop or Mobile.
To prevent the “View in Browser” text from appearing in your Preview Text, see customize Preview Text. Leaving Preview Text blank lets the recipient’s email client decide what to display, which may pull in that link text by default.
Tip: The View in Web Browser link lets recipients open your email in a browser for the best viewing experience, and share it with others on social media or elsewhere.
