From your Email Campaigns page, you can view reports for your Email Broadcasts and Email Sequences.
You can also view a report for individual emails within your Sequences. These reports provide necessary metrics that will help you master your email campaigns.

How to view your email metrics
- Open the Marketing tab from the Dashboard.
- Click Email Campaigns.
- Locate the Email Campaign you wish to view.
- Click the Reports icon to the right of your Email Campaign:

The number of emails that were Delivered to contacts or, more technically, "accepted" by their email service provider. Learn more about Delivery and Deliverability in the Sender Reputation Guide.
An email is considered Hard Bounced when an email to a recipient permanently fails, this can occur if the email address no longer exists, if the email address is invalid, or if the domain doesn't exist. In Kajabi, Bounced emails are always Hard Bounces.

Locate your contact's Subscription Status in the People tab.

The email delivery system has reached the send retry limit.

Complained occurs when an email recipient clicks on the spam complaint button within their email client and will be automatically unsubscribed.
