The View In Web Browser Link is a link in the header of an email allowing those who have received your email to open it in a separate browser window.
Hide the "view in web browser" link in your email
To hide the link in your email:
- Click on the Settings tab in the Editor.
- Select View in Web Browser.
- In the sections Desktop Layout and Mobile layout, select the box that reads Hide Section on Desktop or Mobile:
Learn to customize your Preview Text to hide the "View in Browser" text from the Preview Text line. If you choose to leave your Preview Text blank, it will default to the recipient's email client settings which may display your View in Web Browser text.
