Kajabi supports a range of file types for images, videos, audio, and documents. Each upload type has a maximum file size limit.

Image file types

  • JPEG (.jpeg, .jpg)
  • PNG (.png)
  • GIF (.gif)
  • WebP (.webp)
Note: SVG files are not supported for security reasons. OTF font files are also not supported.

  • MP4 (.mp4)
  • MOV (.mov)
  • AVI (.avi)
  • WebM (.webm)
  • WMV (.wmv)
  • FLV (.flv)
  • 3GP (.3gp)
  • MKV (.mkv)

Audio file types

  • MP3 (.mp3)
  • M4A (.m4a)
  • WAV (.wav)
  • OGG (.ogg)
  • AAC (.aac)
  • FLAC (.flac)
Note: Only MP3 files populate a native audio player in Course posts. Other audio formats are supported for upload but may not render an inline player.
